when Donald C. Witham, Editor of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
publication the Grapevine, asked to have the Lynn Police Honor
Guard appear in their May 2003 issue to help them honor the men and women of
American law enforcement during National Police Week - May 9-16,
2003.
