ELEMENTS:               Original ordinance established a commission in charge of Manning Bowl.  Commission is comprised of the Mayor, Ward One Councilor, and the Principals of the Public High Schools, Superintendent of Schools, Superintendent of Parks, Chairman of Park Commission, Representative of Police Dept., and a citizen appointed by the Mayor.

                                    “No event shall take place at Manning Bowl 
                                     or Frasier Field (other those events which 
                                     are related to sports activities), without 
                                     the prior approval of the Lynn City Council.
