On June 23, 2006, Detective Rick Frampton (ID Unit)
and Officer Larry Wentzell (SRO) went to the Honey Bunnies Family Day
Care to fingerprint the children.
In the images above, Officer Wentzell is shown applying some
of the fingerprinting techniques that he acquired while participating in
numerous Child Identification Programs (CHIPs).
