Warrants are currently in effect from Lynn District Court for Rodriguez
for Assault with Intent to Murder and Assault and Battery by Means of a
Dangerous Weapon (Scissors). On 8/13/09 at 1130 a.m., outside 183
Chestnut St., a (24) year old Lynn resident was stabbed multiple times
in the chest and torso with scissors. He was transported to MGH in
Boston for life-threatening injuries. His condition was later upgraded
and he is expected to survive. According to witnesses, the victim was
involved in an argument with an Abraham Rodriguez inside a local hair
salon. The argument continued outside where Rodriguez allegedly stabbed
the victim with scissors. |
