Subject:            Multiple Stabbing / 125 Oxford St.

 

On June 18, 2007, at approximately 1:48 A.M., Lynn Police were dispatched to 125 Oxford Street, on a report of a disturbance. Upon the officers’ arrival, they were informed that there was a fight outside the Something Irresistible Club, and the involved parties had left. Sergeant Christopher Kelly coordinated the initial investigation, and instructed dispatch to contact local hospitals, in the event that the involved parties arrived with injuries. A short time later, four stab wound victims, arrived at Lynn Union Hospital.

Daryl Reynolds, age 21, of Lynn, sustained stab wounds to his forearm, back and neck area. His injuries were considered non-life threatening.

John Marino, age 18, of Lynn, sustained a stab wound to his torso. He was subsequently transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, and is in stable condition.

Mark Guy, age 21, of Lynn, sustained a stab wound to his back. His injuries were considered non-life threatening.

Bryant Santos, age 19, of Malden, sustained a stab wound to his chest and neck area. He was subsequently transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, and is in stable condition.

It was also reported that a stab wound victim arrived at Salem Hospital. Lynn Police responded and spoke with James Fleury, age 23, of Malden. He sustained a non-life threatening stab wound to his lower back. James Fleury claimed that he was involved in an incident in Salem, unrelated to the altercation which took place in Lynn, police are investigating.

At this time, no arrests have been made. The incident remains under investigation with Lynn Police Detectives Thomas Mulvey, David McEnaney and State Police Detectives assigned to District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett’s Office.
